YRCI’s Shared Service Center is a fully operational, commercially owned shared service solution provider to public sector clients.

The AROC™ Team consists of experienced professionals supported by proven acquisition processes and technologies for the delivery of acquisition support services via a Remote Operations Center (ROC) located in YRCI’s headquarters in Fairfax, VA. The Acquisition Remote Operations Center (AROC™) TEAM is a shared services center, that facilitates efficient delivery of services across the acquisition lifecycle by employing a responsive, adaptable, virtual delivery model that results in continuous process improvement.

Our AROC™ Team is comprised of highly qualified and experienced Federal and Contractor acquisition professionals who possess the capabilities in both specialized and full lifecycle acquisition support services. We employ professionals with in-depth shared services experience that reflect their dedication, commitment, and productivity through consistently exceeding expectations and goals for the delivery of acquisition support services.

The AROC™ Team's acquisition professionals work in an integrated process team format to ensure full transparency of workflow and process outcomes. Not only does the AROC™ Team have ready access to leading experts in Federal acquisition employed by YRCI, but also to best practices for operations and business process improvement through colocation with YRCI’s HHROCTM, a shared service center that supports 17 Federal agencies.
