Founded in 2001, YRCI began with four dedicated individuals working from a basement. The company has since seen explosive growth and was recognized by the Virginia Chamber of Commerce as one of their 2009 Fantastic 50 winners to honor the fastest growing companies in Virginia. In 2008, YRCI was listed on the Washington Technology’s Fast 50 list of fastest growing government contractors. YRCI’s core offerings are split into two divisions: Human Resources (HR) and Contracts Management and Procurement (CM&P).

HR Services has helped federal and commercial customers improve their capabilities with every HR activity, from maintaining compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws to sourcing qualified candidates and classifying position descriptions. Highlights from their history include hiring 2,800 interpreters to accompany U.S. and Coalition forces in war-torn areas of the world and providing the full realm of HR support to numerous government agencies.

YRCI CM&P provides outsourced professional services and recruiting specifically for the contracts management & procurement market. CM&P’s relationships with the contracts management and procurement community have allowed them to place more than 800 professionals within the industry. CM&P is also helping several government agencies operate and enhance their procurement processes, such as performing and analyzing market surveys to procure better radiation equipment at lower prices for veteran hospitals.
