HR Services - Candidate Testimonials
I am a new employee of the Y.R.C.I. family, and I am very happy to be a part of this fine organization. My initial experience with my career counselor Stephanie Smith has been very pleasant and business like. My first introduction to the family was at the Company Employee party; if there was ever a lasting first impression this was it. First class operation all the way. Every person I met was a true professional and they knew how to party. My, EOD was very smooth, well organized and well planned. My benefits package was complete and I was pre- enrolled in the plans of my choice, as I completed my paper work. Stephanie has been following up with me on my new assignment and is very responsive to my needs. I see nothing less of a bright future with this organization.

I would like to share a few comments concerning a very pleasing experience which began the first day I contacted YRCI. This experience is centered on my dealings with Recruiter Bobby Burnett. I have worked in the human resources field for nearly thirty years both as a “hands on” provider of HR services and as a manager. However, it is still difficult for me to find words to adequately convey how extremely impressed I have been with Mr. Burnett, from our first conversation as an applicant, until now, as he continues to call me even after I am now employed by YRCI. Within 24 hours of the time I submitted my Resume, Mr. Burnett called me to discuss my interests and went out of his way to schedule an “in person” interview with me the very next day. His uncanny ability to get to the heart of my accomplishments, and to pair them with potential YRCI career openings, is a true display of his professionalism, knowledge and mastery of recruitment and interview techniques. Mr. Burnett is an exceptionally talented and gifted professional who clearly places the customer and client in the forefront of the daily execution of his duties and responsibilities. His enthusiasm and demeanor not only made me feel relaxed during our discussions but, also made me look at him as a mentor and someone who truly cares about my career objectives. If I were in the recruitment business, I could think of nobody I would rather have as an associate than Mr. Burnett. I am proud to now be working with him as part of the YRCI team.

My experience with YRCI has been a very positive one. From my initial visit to its Virginia headquarters through the placement process, YRCI staff have exhibited a high level of professionalism, courtesy and consideration. As a former federal HR management official, I am especially sensitive to how a firm represents itself as well as meets the needs of its staff, whether they are permanent employees or consultants. As an HR consultant, I have found that YRCI staff not only know their subject matter, but are very attentive to my needs and requirements. Stephanie Smith has served as my primary contact and is very conscientious in addressing all issues and questions. I've also had very positive interactions with Jennifer Bizub and Linda Sue Wever. In short, I've established what I hope will be a long-term relationship with a top-notch recruiting company. YRCI certainly lives up to its name - Your Recruitment Company!

I have been very pleased with my experience at YRCI and with the assistance offered by Ms. Stephanie Smith, Ms. Linda Wever, and other staff members there. They placed me in a position that met all of my requirements (and as a federal retiree, I elected to be picky). I recommend YRCI highly.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the wonderful and worthwhile experience I had dealing with Bobby Burnett. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for his very active role in placing me on a contract. His enthusiasm and wiliness to assist me was greatly appreciated. Bobby took the time to stay in contact with me on a weekly basis. Always prompt and friendly, Bobby was a joy to work with. Recruiters like Bobby are very hard to find.

Once you have finally decided to look for a new job or expand your horizons you make a few phone calls to friends and professional recruiters.
- Tony took the time to interview me and was the only one who asked, “What do you want to do?” No one had ever asked that before. I was always assigned on the “Special Assignment.”
- He also prepared me by doing research on the company before I went for the interview and created a mock scenario of possible questions the company may ask.
- Tony also took time to call once I was at my new career to check in and make sure the fit was perfect.
- I spent over 12 years in the HR arena and now have a wonderful career in Marketing.
Tony has made a difference not only for YRCI but for my organization and most importantly, his client, ME!
Please keep doing great work and finding people the right job!

I am extremely grateful to Stephanie Smith and the staff at YRCI for helping to make my move to Atlanta a blessing. It’s unusual to find a position/assignment that fits perfectly, but Stephanie Smith was able to find an opportunity that complimented both my professional knowledge and personality. Not only am I able to do what I love, but I am able to support an organization that seeks to make a global impact by providing breakthrough solutions for the federal government. I believe that Stephanie was able to tap into my desire to not just be “employed” but to also make a difference. She continues to go above and beyond the typical employer-employee relationship and I couldn’t be more grateful.

I was recently contacted by Bobby Burnett of YRCI based upon a resume I sent to the company. Mr. Burnette is a professional recruiter in every sense of the word and goes above and beyond the normal course of work in trying to place you on an assignment. He is a definite asset to YRCI. Thanks Bobby!

Stephanie,
"YRCI takes pride in putting together responsive teams of "take charge" professionals who are responsive, congenial, and able to work independently, using personal experience and initiative to help organizations to be successful through resourceful partnerships!"
Thanks for the opportunity!

Retired federal employees often work as contractors for other companies: there is a real advantage to working as an employee. The benefits, such as paid time off, free life and disability insurance, significantly impact your effective pay. And you don’t have to do all that accounting stuff—on your own time—as you would as a contractor. YRCI has a dedicated group of employees, and is a flexible employer.

You were helpful with parts of the application process that I was unfamiliar with, such as the background check. You explained those parts of the process in a very clear and concise way that facilitated getting the paperwork to you in a timely manner. You also did a wonderful job keeping me enthusiastic and hopeful during the application and interview process. Since I was not accustomed to the slow application process of government related positions, your reassurance that the wait was not atypical helped me remain patient and excited about the opportunity.

I decided to pursue a career in Human Resources with minimal work experience. When I interviewed with YRCI, I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and dedication to the company’s mission. I accepted a position with YRCI as a federal Human Resources Assistant with one of YRCI’s contracts. I was immediately paired with several federal HR Specialists, who provided me with the foundation of the federal HR process. I am constantly learning new information everyday in this growing field. I am looking forward to my career growth in the federal HR field and continued service to our customer.

I had heard good things about YRCI. My first meeting with Bobby confirmed them. In my initial meeting with him he took pains to find out what skills I could bring to the organization but he went beyond that to find out what kinds of work I would find intrinsically rewarding. He went the extra mile to assure that my move to YRCI was all I could hope for.
