YRCI augments current federal staff or provides complete outsourcing solutions in the area of federal HR. We have an in-house staff of recruiters dedicated to augmenting and providing replacement staff to federal agencies in HR functions. They screen hundreds of prospects each week and only bring in the most highly qualified.
YRCI recognizes there are three (3) integral components required for the success of any project: people, processes, and tools. By hiring only highly-qualified candidates, YRCI offers customers the best people available to perform the required services.
