YRCI has provided expert services in the processing of personnel and payroll actions. On several projects, we have conducted operations in payroll, benefits, and personnel action processing. Some specific activities or resolutions that are performed include the following:

• Correcting identified pay errors
• Working with Flexible Spending Account Program (FedFlex) managers and Long Term Care Insurance (LTC) partners
• Working with employees, payroll office and courts to establish, change or stop garnishments
• Identifying other potential problems by running periodic reports e.g. via Payroll and Personnel Report Generator System (CULPRIT), Remote Forms Queuing System (RFQS), FOCUS Reporting System and the NFC Reporting Center where potential errors are suspected

YRCI has processed several thousand accessions and other actions (including internal promotions, realignments, separations, and benefits actions) and nearly 1,500 incentive awards. Each of these actions in turn required a record keeping process to ensure OPFs and payroll files are maintained properly and provide an acceptable paper trail. We follow all guidelines and regulations set forth along with other applicable governing regulations. We have expertise in payroll and personnel action processing using NFC, FPPS, and the knowledge, experience and judgment to ensure the proper outcome and a proper paper trail.
