Updated and accurate Official Personnel Files (OPFs) [and electronic Official Personnel Files (eOPFs)] are essential to ensure that all employees receive appropriate benefits, compensation, and retirement determinations. Incorrect or out-of-date information may prove to be costly to either or both the employee and the agency. To prevent erroneous information from causing issues for the agency or the employee, OPFs should be audited (purged of unneeded information and invalid data corrected) and then properly maintained and monitored, and YRCI has the experience and the know-how to achieve efficient and effective OPF records management.
