YRCI provides highly skilled Position Classification Specialists with experience in the full realm of classification including:

• Federal position management PD development
• Classification in broad categories of job series at all grade levels
• Desk audits
• Evaluation statements
• Advising on classification appeals
• Writing and rewriting PDs
• Designing, implementing and administering online PD libraries
• Responding to requests for accretion of duties promotions

For our customers, we have developed or modified more than 2,000 PDs. We have developed and classified standard PDs and prepared addenda. When evaluating PDs, our classifiers make sure that all items of the OF-8 are properly addressed, including FLSA, position sensitivity, financial disclosure, etc.

Classification activity is conducted in accordance with Title 5, OPM’s Position Classification Standards, Classification Guides, and other appropriate functional standards.
