Ware are looking for HR Generalists with experience in solving issues and consulting with managers on a wide variety of topics such as employee relations, benefits consulting, labor relations and other highly sensitive and important matters.
HR Assistant
For these positions, YRCI is seeking experienced Federal HR assistants who are experts in processing the full range of personnel actions. Candidates should have recent experience using HR management information and processing systems including the National Finance Center (NFC) or the National Business Center's Finance, Procurement and Payroll/Personnel systems (FPPS) to process personnel/payroll actions and to prepare reports. Work involves assigning appropriate nature of action codes, entering actions into the system, resolving error reports and developing and using inquiries.
Employee Relations and/or Benefits Specialist
Our clients are looking for talented HR Professionals who can deal with a wide range of Employee Benefit issues such as: retirement, health and life insurance, Thrift Savings Plan, leave, etc. Employee Relations issues include: Performance Management, conduct, discipline, adverse actions, RIF, awards, etc.
