- YRCI is a subcontractor to General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) on the HRsolutions Personnel Support Services (PSS) IDIQ contract. The IDIQ award runs through 2015. The GDIT HRsolutions PSS team offers DoD and other federal agencies the entire spectrum of personnel support services in a cost-effective, timely and efficient manner.
