The YRCI SSC operates out of our Fairfax office with a core group of employees currently servicing various government agencies including the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the National Science Foundation (NSF), and the Bureau of Reclamation. Through the YRCI SSC, YRCI has the ability to maintain a highly qualified staff able to provide services and expertise on a temporary, short term, as needed or long term basis, benefiting multiple clients. For example, when one of our new or current projects has a sudden influx of classification requests, we can increase the hours of our part time classifiers or call in one of the intermittent team members. While short term projects or ad hoc requests can sometimes be more difficult to staff, YRCI’s SSC enables us to begin this type of work immediately upon contract award, as our staff is already on board and ready to go. As we do for HUD and NSF, we can also provide personnel on site if needed, as an enhancement to the service provided from Fairfax.

We are your one-stop shop able to provide staff augmentation to fulfill temporary or short term needs as well as delivering full-service outsourced projects. Our Shared Service Team has been working together for up to five years providing a wide variety of HR operations to Federal agencies. In some cases, individuals are assigned to only one contract for an extended period of time and may be dedicated points of contact if appropriate. In other cases, a person may move from contract to contract as the workload requires.
