John Jaeger, CEO

John has more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources and management. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with emphasis in Personnel and Labor Relations from the University of Maryland. Since entering the HR field in 1982, he has worked in both corporate and service-provider environments and has managed projects and staffs of up to 120 people. John has worked for a regional technology-recruiting firm, a U.K.-based data communications manufacturer and a well known government professional services firm. Preceding the creation of YRCI, John was the President and CEO of CRE. CRE grew by more than 100% for each year until its successful acquisition by Romac International (now Kforce) in December 1997. John excels in the management of people and financial resources and has successfully catapulted YRCI into its premiere position as a major service provider to the federal government and private sector.

Marcia Salkeld, President of HR Services

As YRCI’s President of HR services, Marcia possesses more than ten years of staffing experience, placing HR professionals in contract and direct-hire positions. Marcia has a substantial national network of contacts and is highly recognized and respected in the local marketplace. Marcia began her career with Mr. Jaeger’s previous company, CRE. After its acquisition by Romac International (now Kforce Professional Staffing), Marcia was recognized for her ability to manage and guide team members and for her specific knowledge of HR services issues. Marcia was promoted to branch manager in 2000 and succeeded in growing that branch to over $10 million in annual revenue. Marcia attended the University of Maryland.

Shane Moore, President of CM&P Services

As President of YRCI’s Contracts Management & Procurement Consulting Services, Shane has spent the past 10+ years in the staffing, recruiting and outsourcing industries. He is dedicated to helping large, multi-national and small to medium-sized organizations successfully achieve their recruiting efforts both domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining YRCI, Shane founded GlobalTek, Inc., an information technology recruiting and staff augmentation firm in the late 1990’s. GlobalTek quickly rose to a multi-million dollar entity that was purchased in 2002 and expanded globally.

In April 2002, Shane joined YRCI to assist in the management of a large bio-defense recruiting initiative for the National Institutes of Health located in Bethesda, Maryland. After completing this project, Shane continued his contributions to the organization by developing a specialized recruiting division focused on the Contracts, Procurement & Acquisition industry serving both commercial organizations and directly to the federal government.

Shane has studied at the University of Virginia for advanced education in Industrial Psychology and Human Resources.

Michael Goldman, Executive Vice President of Operations

Michael joined YRCI in April 2002 and is the Executive Vice President of Operations for YRCI. He is responsible for finance, accounting, human resources, information technology and facilities. He has also provided Information Systems support for YRCI’s National Institute of Health and Department of Homeland Security projects.

Michael’s experience prior to joining YRCI included more than 20 years in all phases and levels of information systems development. For seven years, he worked in managerial capacities for software companies that developed Web sites and commercial software products. Prior to that, he was with Sallie Mae for 15 years. During his tenure there, he was promoted through various management ranks and became assistant vice president for software development, where he was responsible for leading large software development projects. Mr. Goldman was the chief software architect for Sallie Mae’s student loan servicing system.

Michael has a Master of Business Administration from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from the State University of New York at Cortland.
