YRCI offers Grants Operations Outsourcing and Consulting Services to help federal agencies and other organizations with their administration of grants. We have successfully completed assignments providing consulting services to our clients to improve grants administration including the development and maintenance of grants policies and procedural manuals. Our clients include DoD, civilian, and nonprofit grant-making organizations.
