Message from John Jaeger, CEO


In 2001, I founded YRCI. Our services in both the HR Outsourcing (HR) and Contracts Management & Procurement (CM&P) arenas are now in high demand. Our revenue in 2004 was more than triple our 2003 sales, and in 2005, we nearly doubled our 2004 results. For 2006, we are experiencing continued double-digit growth in revenue. As I contemplate the remarkable success we have achieved, it becomes clear that the most important reason is summed up in a single word: Passion. Our team is passionate about accomplishing, along with our clients, what our clients cannot accomplish alone. We thrive on accepting difficult projects that others have failed to complete.

Our passion is also why YRCI, although technically a small business, is usually awarded projects through open competition, rather than via small business set-aside contracts. How many other small companies can make that claim?

We service both the private and public sectors, with 50% of our business in the form of direct contracts with the federal government. Our most recent Duns Open Ratings was 92%. This phenomenal score validates the feedback we get from our clients - they enjoy the success that our solutions facilitate.

Our projects range from small one or two person tasks performing subcontracts management and proposal/pricing assistance to ten or twenty person contracts management engagements. We also perform complete Outsourcing for HR departments and small one person recruiting projects.

In the future, YRCI will continue to approach our business relationships with passion. We will continue to complete client requirements with exceptionally high customer satisfaction, and we will expand the breadth of our service offerings within both the HR and CM&P (Supply Chain) arenas.
