Michael Tomasulo, Senior Vice President, Business Operations

Michael joined YRCI in 2003 and brought with him more than 30 years of professional experience at Northrop Grumman Corporation and the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). During his career, he has held various positions of increasing responsibility within large-scale contractual/business management/finance infrastructures. These positions required excellent negotiation skills and considerable knowledge of contracts, pricing, and compliance laws and regulations; subcontracts and procurement; planning and budgeting; performance measurement, program management; accounting; administration; and facilities and property management. Michael has been integrally involved in developing and implementing business strategic goals/plans and assessing and measuring organizational performance through the use of business process reengineering techniques. He is experienced in the entire bid and proposal process; from reviewing solicitations and evaluating potential teammates, to formulating viable win strategies. Michael also has extensive experience in proposal development, pricing and estimating, contract administration, and performance measurement.

Hans Jaeger, Vice President, Program Development

Hans joined YRCI in 2004 and currently provides leadership in forging and maintaining long-term relationships with our current and emerging customer base of Government clients, including Defense, Federal-civilian, intelligence community programs, and commercial/industry customers. Hans is responsible for the successful delivery of YRCI’s services.

Hans started as the YRCI Acquisition Support division’s first business developer in 2004 and has continued to assume greater responsibility during YRCI’s rapid growth. Hans was promoted to director in early 2008, and, subsequently in 2011, to Senior Director, Program Management Office (PMO) responsible for the delivery of all YRCI services. Hans was responsible for the establishment and operations of the PMO function, establishing key PMO processes and hiring of key personnel, facilitating teamwork, and promoting standardization and best practices across all functions. In addition, Hans carries deep market understanding and thought leadership to his role at YRCI. He facilitates the strategic market direction of YRCI service offerings, knowledge management tools, and the performance management and training of the YRCI workforce.

Hans’ team is organized to ensure superior client satisfaction; employment, development, and management of YRCI staff to deliver low-risk quality services on-time and on-budget; and the continued growth of YRCI’s professional services portfolio.

He earned a B.S. degree in Accounting, and has completed a vast array of studies at the graduate level including Environment Science and Policy at Johns Hopkins University, and History, Geography, and Archaeology within the University of Maryland system. Hans is a current member of the National Contracts Management Association and Project Management Institute.

Greg Free, Vice President, Program Services

Greg joined YRCI in October 2005 and is responsible for providing direction, professional development, and leadership to the YRCI Headquarters Operations team. With more than 15 years of operations experience, Greg brings significant insight into the Federal marketplace. This insight - coupled with a career path including leadership experience in proposals, recruiting, personnel security, human resources (HR), training, and facilities - allows Greg to craft unique approaches to an ever changing environment. Under his leadership, the operations team provides support to an employee and applicant base that is steadily growing and always changing. His focus on process improvement and employee development has kept YRCI one step ahead of its clients’ needs and its competitors’ abilities.

Prior to arriving at YRCI, Greg worked as a director at ManTech International providing direction to their Systems Engineering and Security Engineering groups during a 10 year period. His experience at ManTech during significant growth allowed him to be proactive in his approach to customer requirements.
